Study Duration: 24-week treatment Visits: 28 visits, Study duration 249 days

Who Can Participate?

You May Be Eligible If You Have:

Age: 18+ years old
Overweight or obesity (meets BMI criteria)
May have type 2 diabetes (depending on study part)
Willing to receive weekly subcutaneous injections
Available for regular study visits and follow-up

What to Expect

Study Procedures:

Physical exams and vital signs monitoring
Blood tests and glucose monitoring (including continuous glucose monitoring)
Heart monitoring (ECG - both 12-lead and continuous)
MRI/MRS imaging studies
Body composition assessments
Patient questionnaires
Weekly medication injections (self-administered after training)
